In my private practice I help my clients through food recommendations to regain their natural state of well-being. We can work on preventive nutrition to reducing or eliminate gastrointestinal tract discomfort, blood sugar imbalances, symptoms caused by stress, hormonal imbalances, improvement of sleep quality and more. This through minimally invasive and subtle protocols such as dietary recommendations, supplements, herbs, and positive changes in your lifestyle. My job is to find what foods can be of benefit to you in the short and long term and empower you to take control of your health.
My passion for the pursuit of health began many years before I realized that I wanted a career in holistic nutrition. As a kid, I experienced constant headaches. In my adolescence, I was diagnosed with gastritis and reflux. Although I tried different treatments, my discomfort was not eliminated completely. This was always something I had to be aware of. Nutrition played an important role in my health, especially since my complaints were gastrointestinal. The link to me, between food and my well-being became evident. That being so, I decided to study a degree in Nutrition and Gastronomy.
Inspired by the art of turning healthy ingredients into appetizing food, upon graduation my path led me to work in food production. My passion for the pursuit of health was persistent and I knew that I needed more tools, experience, and education to help others and myself find it. A year later I was in Vancouver studying Holistic Nutrition. I immersed myself in a world where people around me were pursuing a holistic life and, like me, thirsty to learn how to heal their body naturally. Inspired from having seen and lived this lifestyle I am now happy to help people feel good physically and mentally to live to their best potential.
